The cost of shipping a vehicle depends on the size, dimensions, special equipment, requested timeframes, distance and carrier availability.

Once transportation is arranged, there are few different ways to pay for the service:

  1. Full transport amount is pre-paid once the vehicle is picked up, eliminating the payments issues along the way.
  2. Deposit is pre-paid before the vehicle is picked up and the remaining balance is paid on delivery directly to the transporter, or automatically charged by us to the card on file.
  3. Deposit is paid before the vehicle is picked up, partial payment is charged during the transport period and the remaining balance is paid once the vehicle is delivered

Payments can be made via all currently available electronic payment methods, including cash and regular check.

As soon as possible pick up is geared towards a customer who has a dire life event or situation and needs the vehicle to be picked up on short notice. In most cases we can arrange to have your vehicle picked up within few hours after your request is processed.

Delivery schedules depend on the distance, location and the type of transport service being used. Hotshot services have a faster delivery time compared to a conventional truckload transportation.

Federal motor carrier regulations (FMCSA) prohibit transportation of personal belongings across the state lines for motor carriers. We can allow an essential item such as suitcase or a personal bag shipped in certain cases.

Yes, we use tracking software which allows you to track the location of your vehicle 24/7.

Delivery times are directly correlated with the distance of transportation.
100-500 miles – Same day/ next day
500-1000 miles – 1-2 days
1000-2000 miles – 2-4 days
2000-3000 miles – 4-6 days
3000+ miles – 6 days or longer

In most metro areas, we can provide same day or next day pick up service. Rural areas will vary upon transport carrier availability.
